Who Is TheTravelGeek.uk?
TheTravelGeek.uk is a one stop shop for everything transport & travel related. Whether it is a gift for the transport geek in your life or you need the travel essentials for your trip away, The Travel Geek aims to make it a simple and fun place to get all your bits & bobs in one place. Eventually we'll also be looking to expand with blogs and reviews, so keep checking back as we grow.
What Is Delivery Options?
We aim to deliver within 5 to 7 working days (often sooner). You can not currently choose which courier you would like to deliver your order but we normally send them using Royal Mail. We may from time to time use an alternative method to ensure you get your order as soon as possible. We offer a flat rate and free delivery over a certain amount, depending on your destination.
Do You Offer Click & Collect?
We offer click & collect to over 8500 local shops & business across the UK as well as more than 2500, easy to use lockers thanks to our partners at Evri. You can also choose tto pickup your parcel at your local post office. Select this option at the checkout to find your nearest one and enjoy the convenience of picking up your order when and where it suits you.
What Is Your Returns Policy? I Have An Incorrect Or Damaged Item, What Can I Do?
We offer a 14 day returns policy, if you are unhappy with your order or changed your mind, simply get in touch with us and we will do our best to help. We want you to be totally happy with your purchase, and we think you will be but if not, simply get in touch and our friendly team will help. Your statutory rights are always respected.
Do You Work With Social Media People/Influencers?
If we are honest, we hate the term "influencer" as everybody should be able to make their own informed choice before purchasing our awesome products. We will NEVER use "influencers" who are not genuinely interested in our products, however we do want to work with Social Media people, including travel & transport Vloggers, who have a GENUINE interest in travel and transport, as well as our products, If thats you, get in touch.

Do You Offer Discount Codes? Where Can I Use My Discount Code?
Yes we do. The best way to get our latest codes is by signing up to our mailing list and follow our socials at the bottom of this page, along with other outlets. Using a code is so easy, simply enter the code at the checkout page before you pay and we'll ensure you get that deal, as long as it fits in with the Ts and Cs of the code.
